Cancel storage agreement

Here, as a private consumer, you can submit a digital request to exercise your 14-day right of withdrawal for a storage agreement entered into online with Pelican Self Storage.

This form can only be used to withdraw within the withdrawal period. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the storage agreement has been signed.

If you wish to terminate an existing rental agreement, change your agreement, move out, change unit size, or contact your centre about other matters, do not use this form. Standard terminations and other enquiries must be made directly to the centre where you have rented your storage unit.

Important before you submit the form

By submitting the form, you confirm that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal under the rules on the 14-day right of withdrawal.

Submitting the form confirms that you wish to withdraw from the agreement. Pelican will then process your request and verify whether it was received within the withdrawal period.

If the request is received after the withdrawal period has expired, it will not be processed as a withdrawal under the 14-day right of withdrawal. In that case, the relevant centre will contact you regarding further handling.
