Pelican Industrial offers flexible commercial premises for businesses that need space for warehousing, operations, or a showroom. The premises are typically 70–200 m² and can be customised with, among other things, electricity, heating, and an alarm system.
There is also access to shared facilities such as a kitchen, toilet, and parking. The premises are suitable for, among other things, trades, logistics, showrooms, and warehousing.
More than commercial premises
Pelican Industrial was founded in 2024 and today has four locations: three in Greater Copenhagen and one in Länna near Stockholm. We are continuously expanding with strategically located commercial premises close to motorways and urban areas.
As a tenant, you will be assigned a dedicated Operations Manager who visits the site and ensures that everything works and that you are satisfied. With personal contact and fast support, you can confidently focus on your business.
