At Pelican, we are committed to providing the best storage units in Copenhagen, of the highest quality. Our units are dry, clean and well lit, in secure surroundings. Here, both private customers and business customers can store their belongings with peace of mind.
At our locations, our staff are always ready to help you, and in our shop you can buy storage and moving supplies.
Standard storage units
A standard storage unit at Pelican is dry, secure and temperature-controlled, with wall-to-wall carpeting. Units range from 1 m² to 50 m² and are suitable for everything from moving boxes and furniture to goods and equipment.
With a minimum height of 2.7 metres, you can also make use of the vertical space – all year round.
Drive-up units/garages
Do you need storage with direct vehicle access? With a drive-up unit, you can drive right up to the door and easily load and unload goods, materials or equipment.
Our drive-up units are located in a closed and secured area. For selected units, the space in front of the door can also be used as a practical work area.
Units are available in different sizes from 13 m² to 270 m².
Rent a locker
At several of our locations, you can rent a locker for smaller belongings. A locker typically holds 4–6 moving boxes and is a practical solution if, for example, you are going on an exchange programme or need a little extra space at home.
Many people use the lockers for items that take up space at home but still need to be close by and easy to collect. With locations across Greater Copenhagen, there are good opportunities to find a locker solution nearby.
The lockers are approximately 0.75 m².
Move with Pelican
If you are moving, you can combine your storage unit at Pelican with professional moving assistance. We work with Express-Flyt, which helps both private customers and businesses transport furniture, moving boxes and other belongings.
As a Pelican customer, you can receive up to 20% discount on moving services through Express-Flyt. This makes it easier to get your belongings safely from your old address to your storage unit, or onwards to your new home.
At Pelican, you can also buy moving boxes and other moving supplies.
Borrow a free trailer
Do you need extra space to transport furniture, moving boxes or other larger items? At Pelican, you can borrow a trailer through our partnership with Freetrailer.
Via the Freetrailer app, you can borrow an available trailer free of charge for up to four hours with an “instant” reservation. You do not need to be a Pelican customer, and the app is used for reservation, collection and return.
If you want to be sure a trailer is ready at a specific time, you can reserve it in advance for a fee.
Personal assistance at all our locations
At all Pelican locations, you will meet staff who are ready to advise and assist you. Whether you have questions about unit size, access, moving or storage, we take the time to find the solution that best suits your needs.
In our shops, you can also buy moving boxes and other practical moving equipment such as tape, bubble wrap and furniture protection. If you need guidance along the way, our staff will be happy to help – and you are, of course, also welcome to a cup of hot coffee.
