Pelican Self Storage is actively looking for properties, premises and land in the Copenhagen area and surroundings.

Properties should be close to highways, expressways or major highways and should be easily accessible and have a good location in terms of visibility.

We are looking for building plots, sloping plots and existing buildings.
We are primarily looking for level plots, but are also interested in building plots - however, with a property area of at least 3,000m2 or a building plot of 4,000 to 20,000m².

We are also looking for properties in central Copenhagen, including both owner-occupied and rental apartments with a minimum area of 1,000 m².

Pelican Self Storage prefers to acquire and own the final storage location, but a joint venture is also an option.
Our business activity is not disruptive to the surroundings and the traffic volume is approximately 1-2 cars per hour during opening hours.
Our buildings also shield the noise from the surrounding highway, for example.
