Location and visibility requirements
The property or plot must:
- be close to a motorway, expressway or major main road
- be easily accessible
- have a visible location
- be located in Copenhagen, the Copenhagen area or the surrounding area
What types of properties and development sites are we looking for?
We consider several types of properties and development sites:
- existing buildings and commercial properties from 3,000 m²
- properties in central Copenhagen from 1,000 m²
- development sites of 4,000–20,000 m²
- zoned and development-ready sites
- sloping sites in suitable locations
