Yes. At selected locations, Pelican offers storage units with a garage door. Here, you can drive your car or van right up to the unit, making it easier to handle heavy or bulky items.
Can I rent an office and storage at the same address?
Yes. At Pelican’s Gladsaxe centre, businesses can rent office space and add storage space at the same address. The offices range in size from 15 to 380 m² and include access to shared facilities.
Does Pelican offer larger business premises?
Yes. Pelican Industrial offers commercial premises from 50 to 1,000 m² in Farum, Ballerup and Rødovre. The premises can, among other things, be used for storage, a showroom, a studio, a workshop and other forms of light commercial use.
