Pelican Self Storage was founded in Denmark in 2009 by Nordic Real Estate Partners (NREP) and Evergreen Real Estate Partners (EREP).

Since our establishment, we have grown into one of the largest self storage chains in the Nordics, with around 40 facilities in Denmark, Sweden and Finland – and we continue to expand with new locations.
