At all Pelican centres, you will find the necessary equipment for your company move. We offer sturdy moving boxes with handles and double bottoms in several sizes, so everything from documents and office equipment to IT equipment, furnishings and fragile items can be packed and transported safely.
You will also find tape, tape guns, bubble wrap, tissue paper, moving blankets and plastic bags, making it easy to protect and organise the company’s belongings during the move.

Make your company move easier with the right equipment
A successful company move begins with good planning. When you have the moving day and practical tasks under control, it becomes easier to pack, transport and get the business up and running again quickly.
Make sure you have your moving and packing supplies ready well in advance. Moving boxes in different sizes, bubble wrap, tissue paper, tape and plastic bags help protect everything from office furniture and documents to IT equipment and other fragile items. Four good tips for packing
- Start well in advance. Pack the equipment, documents and furnishings that you do not use in daily operations first. This makes the move more efficient and reduces unnecessary interruptions.
- Sort before you pack. Use the move as an opportunity to review archives, furnishings and equipment, so you only move what the company needs.
- Label the moving boxes clearly. State both the contents and destination, for example “Finance”, “Meeting room” or “IT”. This makes it easier to get everything in place quickly at the new location.
- Pack thoughtfully. Distribute the weight, avoid overfilling the boxes, and protect electronics, glass and other fragile equipment with suitable packing materials.
