Withdraw from storage agreement

As a private consumer, you can use this digital form to submit a request to exercise your 14-day right of withdrawal for a storage agreement entered into online with Pelican Self Storage.

This form can only be used to exercise your right of withdrawal within the withdrawal period. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the storage agreement has been signed.

If you wish to terminate an existing rental agreement, change your agreement, move out, change unit size, or contact your site regarding any other matter, you must not use this form. Ordinary terminations and other enquiries must be made directly to the site where you rent your storage unit.

You can find the contact details for your center here.

Important before submitting the form

By submitting this form, you confirm that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal under the rules on the 14-day right of withdrawal.

The submission is a confirmation that you wish to withdraw from the agreement. Pelican will then process your request and check whether it has been received within the withdrawal period.

If the request has been received after the expiry of the withdrawal period, it will not be processed as a withdrawal under the 14-day right of withdrawal. In that case, the relevant site will contact you regarding the further handling of your request.
