Access to Pelican Gladsaxe

1. Opening hours and code entry
Once the move-in date on your room has started, you have access to the center from 05:30 - 22:00 every day - 365 days a year.
To enter the hall, you must enter the code that you have received by email.
The code is an 8-digit code and must be entered on the access machine hanging on the stand next to the parking spaces on the left side.
When entering the code, it is important that you first press * (star) - the entire code - and then # (square).
See the instructions on the sign under the access machine or the video "How to enter the code".
2. Unloading/loading area
Here you can easily drive your car, trailer or moving van into our loading and unloading area.
You'll be closer to the entrance and can unload in dry weather.
It is important that you only enter the hall when the traffic light is green.
You are allowed to park for a maximum of 1 hour in the regular parking lots on our premises.
(Note: there is no time limit when you are in the loading and unloading area, as long as you are loading or unloading)

3. Customer trolleys
When you enter the unloading hall, there are customer carts that are free to use.
All you need is either DKK 10, DKK 20 or a trolley coin to get the trolleys free.
Help the next customer and please put the carts back when you're done.
4. Overview of floors and elevator access
To open the elevator, you need to enter your code again on the access machine, which you will find between the elevators.
Again, remember to first press * (star) - the whole code - and then # (square).
The code is 8 digits long.
Then the elevator will open and you can enter and press the floor you are going to.
Inside the elevator there are signs with an overview of where to find the room numbers on the different floors.
Find your room number and see which floor you are going to.
For info:
Room no.: 1000 - 2999 and 5000 - 5499 are on the 1st floor. (NOTE: if your room is on the 1st floor, you can also use the door up the ramp, to the right of the elevator)
Room no.: 3000 - 4999 and 6000 - 6199 are on -1.

5. Floor overview - find your room
When you reach the floor where your room is, you'll find an overview of the entire floor on the wall outside the elevator.
The red dot marks where you are standing and on the overview you need to find your room number and then find your way to it.
6. Put your space to use
Once you have found your room, it is very important that you double check that you are standing by the correct room number. To find your room, make sure you take the room closest to the room number (sticker) you have been given.
Open the room by pushing the metal rail on the door to the right and the door will open. Inside the room, a welcome bag is ready for you, in which you will find a new security-approved cylinder lock and keys. There is also an information letter that you are welcome to read through and keep.
You can now start using the room.

7. How to lock and open the room
To lock the room, close the door/roll down the gate and push the metal rail to the left as far as you can to keep the door closed.
Then insert the cylinder lock into the lock hole on the door and turn the key to the left and remove the key - the room is locked.
If you have trouble inserting the cylinder lock into the door
There are 2 small dots on the cylinder lock. If you hold the cylinder lock so that the two dots are at the top and right next to each other, you can easily insert the lock into the hole (see picture).
See also the video "How to lock the room".
To open the room again
Insert one of the supplied keys into the cylinder lock and turn the key to the right, then pull the cylinder out of the door. Push the metal rail all the way to the right and the door can now be opened.
See also the video "How to open the room".
8. How to get out of the unloading area
In the unloading hall there are two gates, both of which can be opened from the inside.
Here you enter the same code as you used to enter.
Again, remember to first press * (star) - the whole code - and then # (square).
The code is 8 digits long.
One access machine is located on the inside of the gate where you entered.

The other hangs on the wall over by the opposite gate.
