Office space – with or without storage unit
If you are missing an office for one or several employees, then we have a solution for you. An optimal solution if you want to have office close to your storage unit. However, you do not have to rent a storage unit at the same time.
If you are missing office space for yourself and your employees, we can offer office spaces for rent at our centers in Virum and Gladsaxe. Our new office hotel at Pelican Virum is located in a modern building out on Skodsborgvej, where we have established office environment on the 1st floor, flex units on the ground floor and storage units in the basement. This way you will also have access to storage space nearby, in case you need it. At Pelican Gladsaxe we rent office spaces on the first floor, which is perfect for customers that want both office and storage in the same place.
At the moment office spaces can only be rented out at our centers in Virum and Gladsaxe.
